Common problems not being able to get into chatroom.

If you are trying to access the chatroom on the home page then you must have java installed , you can download this from www.java.com once java is installed you should see the java logo appear and the chatroom load on the main home page. You may also have a yellow bar appear on browser saying that this website uses Active x , you must allow this to make chatroom work.

You may also access our chatroom via Mirc if you have it installed you should be able to click this link irc://irc.ircstorm.net:6667/Subbassfm and it will launch Mirc and join our chatroom. If you need to configure Mirc manually are details for chat are as follows :-

irc server address - irc.ircstorm.net
port - 6667
room - #Subbassfm - Make sure you use a capital S on Subbassfm
